Hebei Haiyuan Pipe Fitting Co., Ltd. is located in the ‘Capital of Pipe Fittings’ — Yinzhuang Industrial Zone, Wugang Highway, Mengcun Hui Autonomous County, Cangzhou, Hebei. With convenient transportation and smooth logistics, years of endeavor have forged Haiyuan’s success today. Founded in 1998 (formerly Hebei Haiyuan Pipe Fittings Factory), we are among the earliest local manufacturers of elbows and flange fittings. We own advanced equipment and processes including 1600T friction press, 4T/8T board hammers, 560kg/1T air hammers, large pushers, large presses, CNC lathes, CNC drilling machines, inkjet printers, CNC pipe benders, CNC saws, etc.

 

We currently have 188 employees, including 2 senior engineers, 8 intermediate engineers, 10 assistant engineers, and 23 professional technical and inspection personnel. Our testing center is equipped with advanced and sophisticated devices capable of direct-reading spectroscopic analysis, radiographic testing, magnetic particle, penetrant, ultrasonic testing, metallographic analysis, chemical experiments, mechanical properties, impact, hydrostatic, tensile tests, infrared monitoring, and various other inspection items, realizing full-process inspection from raw material incoming, production processing to product delivery, effectively ensuring product quality.
